Applying theoretical approaches of the pharmacophore profile and ADME properties of the synthesized compounds.<br \/>\nDevelopment, validation and application of new UV spectrophotometric and HPLC methods for quantitative analysis and evaluation of the chemical stability and stability under physiological conditions of the newly synthesized compounds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Research goal 3:<\/strong> Preclinical characterization by combining in silico, in vitro and in vivo experimental approaches for pharmacological and toxicological assessment of the newly synthesized structures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Research goal 4:<\/strong> ADME properties assessment and biotransformation studies in vitro and in vivo, including identification and quantitation of possible metabolites.
