Medical University \u2013 Sofia has won a project for teacher exchange with the Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Fes, Morocco, for the period 2018 \u2013 2020 year. In connection with the implementation of the project activities, from 24.03. to 30.03.2019 year, two teachers in the face of Assoc. Prof. N. Belova, Medical Faculty, and Prof. A. Yanakieva, Faculty of Public health, realized mobility under Erasmus+ programme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During their stay various workshops, presentations and lectures were held, as well as, messages of mutual interest on the prerequisites for successful application for international lending mobility, best practices in credit mobility management and implementation, student mobility and recognition of credits, and what is the future of internationally-credited mobility.\"\"<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

A working meeting was held between the Faculty coordinators of the Erasmus+ programme, Prof. Dr. A. Yanakieva (PhD) and Assoc. Prof. N. Belova (MF) from Medical University \u2013 Sofia with Prof. M. Al-Azami, Dean of Research at the MoF, and Dr. Samia Ariffi, Department of Medical Oncology at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University. During the visit of Erasmus coordinators from the Medical University \u2013 Sofia at the University of Fes, Morocco, further possibilities for future cooperation were discussed. The main language of teaching at the MF of Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University is French.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lectures were held for students and PhD students on the following topics:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Arterial stiffness and hemodynamics.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Myocardial metabolism in health and disease.<\/span><\/li>\n
