Medical University – Sofia invites students to take part in the prestigious “2025 CQMU Study & Culture Tour”, organized by Chongqing Medical University (CQMU), China. The event will take place from July 13 to 26, 2025, in Chongqing.
The program offers a unique opportunity to explore Chinese culture and language through courses and diverse cultural activities, such as traditional arts and hospital visits. The available courses include:
- Metabolomics
- Chinese Culture
- Pediatrics
- Public Health
- Stomatology
CQMU will sponsor the participation of 5 students, covering the program fees (excluding expenses for flights, visas, meals, and personal costs).
Application Criteria:
- Students from MU-Sofia (priority will be given to first-year students) with an interest in the program topics.
- Excellent academic performance and active involvement in educational and scientific activities.
- Motivation to participate in cultural and academic exchange.
- Proficiency in English at a working level.
Required Documents:
- Motivation letter in English (up to 500 words).
- Academic transcript with current GPA – minimum “Very Good” 5.00 as of the time of application.
- Assurance of Enrollment for the Current Academic Year
- CV in English.
- Recommendation letter from a faculty member or academic supervisor.
- Certificate of English proficiency (if available).
- Certificates/Awards from extracurricular activities.
