Scientists from A4L_BRIDGE project partner universities, including MU-Sofia, have a new opportunity to finance their ideas – the Alliance4Life Seed Fund Call has been launched, which will support the development of collaborations within the consortium of 12 higher education institutions from Central and Eastern Europe.
Through the new fund, promising research ideas could grow into partnership projects or proposals under the Horizon Europe program and other international programs. The requirement is that the applying consortia include at least 2 partner institutions from the A4L_BRIDGE project and that the scientists be members of the Alliance4Life Virtual Research Centre (VRC).
Joining the center is easy, as registration is done directly through the VRC platform.
Projects can receive funding of up to 15,000 euros for a period of up to 18 months.
Applications are open until December 31, 2025.
The advantage of being a member of the Virtual Research Centre is that scientists could search for partners within the consortium through the platform, as well as browse the list of already posted ideas for which partners and additional research capacity are needed.
