All scientists from MU-Sofia are invited to the first joint Journal Club, organized within the Virtual Research Center (VRC) of the university consortium Alliance4Life, of which MU-Sofia is a part.
This new initiative aims to create a regular space for scientific exchange and networking across all member institutions.
The upcoming session will present the paper “GOReverseLookup: A Gene Ontology Reverse Lookup Tool” (Computers in Biology and Medicine, 2025), introducing a novel tool in the field of Bioinformatics, Gene Ontology and Statistics.
The presentation will also include a short demonstration of the newly developed graphical user interface (GUI).
