DEAR GRADUATES,
The solemn diploma award ceremony of class 2022 of the Medical Faculty, Medical University- Sofia will take place in Hall 1 in the National Palace of Culture on 21st February 2023 (Tuesday) at 10.00 a.m
We are about to experience the joy of your happy graduation day together! To ensure the organization of the ceremonial process, we invite you to strictly observe the following guidelines:
- The admission of graduates and official guests to the National Palace of Culture will start at 8.00 a.m. on 21st February 2023 through the main entrance of the building.
- The graduation gown for each graduate will be given against an identity document in the lobby in front of Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture
- All graduates must take the seats assigned to the respective student groups in the hall by 9.30 a.m.
- All guests/ accompanying persons must be in the hall by 9.30 a.m.
- Due to the large number of graduates and the limited capacity of seats in the hall, please note that up to 2 guests/accompanying persons will be admitted to the ceremony.
- After the graduation ceremony, all graduates must bring back the graduation gowns to the coatroom in the lobby.
