Intensive Course (BIP) on Clinical Skills and Simulation-Based Learning for Medical Students

From June 16 to 20, 2025, the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Maribor will host an intensive course on clinical skills and simulation-based learning for students in their clinical years.

The course will take place in a modern simulation center and clinical skills laboratory. Participants will gain hands-on experience in both basic and advanced clinical procedures, such as taking medical history, conducting physical exams, performing venous and arterial blood sampling, placing urinary catheters, and using ultrasound. Special focus will be placed on the management of critically ill patients through realistic simulations.
