On a rainy Saturday, employees, professors and students from Medical University – Sofia participated in the now traditional for the university Clean-up Day. The meeting point was in front of the building of the Faculty of Dental Medicine, where many enthusiasts gathered to contribute to the noble cause. The dean of the faculty of Dental medicine, Prof. Bozhidar Yordanov, also supported his colleagues and joined the cleanup.
The green initiative is part of the national campaign ,,Lets clean Bulgaria together” and the global movement ,,Lets Do it World” which this year took place on the 16th of September.
In the frame of the event, spaces were cleaned near the Faculty of Dental Medicine, the Medical-Biological Complex and the Medical College ,,Y. Filaretova”
The initiative also involved students and professors from the branch of the university in Vratsa, who concentrated their efforts around the campus there.
