The Medical University – Sofia held its annual winter camp and the “Rector’s Cup” ski and snowboard competition in Bansko. The winter camp involved 53 students from various faculties and departments of MU-Sofia. In addition to daily activities in skiing and snowboarding, a bridge and table tennis tournament were also organized. On February 21, 2025, 36 students competed on the Shiligarnika ski slope, divided into three categories: Snowboard Men; Skiing – Women; Skiing – Men.
The event was organized by the Department of Language and Sports, and the official guests included the board of the rectors and the deans of MU-Sofia’s faculties.
The European University INGENIUM participated in the sports event with branded flags displaying the logo of the Alliance to promote its mission and philosophy among students and academic staff of MU-Sofia.
