The fourth edition of the MU-Sofia charity football tournament – the Hippocrates Cup – is approaching.
The competition will be held under the patronage of the Rector Prof. Boycho Landzhov, MD, PhD, and with the support of MU-Sofia Rectorate, the Department for Language Education and Sports and the Students Council, on May 31, 2026.
All students studying medical specialties, lecturers and health professionals who wish to demonstrate their football skills are welcome to participate in the tournament.
Teams should be registered by their captains in the cafe of the Medical-Biological Complex of the Faculty of Medicine till May 25, 2026. The participation fee is 90 euros per team for early registration.
All funds raised will be donated to the BCause Foundation’s Sports for People with Disabilities Fund
