The Rector of the Medical University – Sofia ordered the suspension of classes in relation to the currently registered new progressive epidemic period of flu and acute respiratory diseases within the country in terms of epidemic spread of COVID-19 and upon the recommendations of the national operational headquarters.
The order specifies that classes of all students from the Medical University – Sofia will be suspended, effective from 07.03.2020 – 15.03.2020 inclusive.
The management teams of each Faculty, including Medical College “Philaretova” – Sofia, Branch “Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev”- Vratsa and the Center for Language, Physical Education and Sport must make their decision on the need to complete the missed classes depending on the curricula of the individual units.
