At the ceremony, at the City Concert Hall in Vratsa, the diplomas of 94 graduates of the 2019 graduation were handed over. This year, 53 nurses, 21 midwives and 20 occupational therapists are graduating from the university bachelor’s degree.
The official guests of the celebration were the rector of the Medical University-Sofia, Prof. Dr. Victor Zlatkov, the Deputy Mayor of Vratsa Petya Dolapchieva, the deputy rector for the educational activity, Prof. Dr. Tihomira Zlatanova. Among the guests were the Deputy Regional Governor – Miroslav Komitski, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of public health Prof. Dr. Krasimir Vizev, representatives of the academic management of the higher educational institution, representatives of medical establishments from the city, teachers.
The rector of the Medical University – Sofia, Prof. Dr. Victor Zlatkov thanked the Municipality of Vratsa and the Regional Administration for the support and joint efforts, thanks to which students in the city are trained in one of the most modern facilities in the country.
Diplomas of the graduates were handed over by the rector of the Medical University-Sofia Prof. Dr. Victor Zlatkov and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pavlinka Dobrilova – Director of the branch of the Medical University in Vratsa.
The holiday program continued with the traditional nurse’s oath.
