The Rector’s Council of the Medical University – Sofia has decided today that all volunteers activities of students, postgraduates and PhD students who are participating in the campaign for the prevention and care of patients suspected to be infected or carry the Covid-19 virus, shall be recognized as training activities.
Dozens of volunteers have responded to calls from hospitals who are recruiting additional staff to help with the coronavirus crisis. Medical students and postgraduate students wanted to help Alexandrovska Hospital, Pirogov and Military Academy, will carry the brunt of the fight against the virus.
The campaign is open to anyone who would like to help, because together we can fight it!
