If you wish to study at MU-Sofia as an Erasmus student for one semester or an entire academic year, please read carefully the following step-by-step information:

1. Contact the international office of your university to find out if your university has a bilateral agreement with MU-Sofia for the relevant academic year. (You can also refer to our list of partner universities).
2. If there is such an agreement, you must be officially nominated by your university as an Erasmus student.
3. We need to receive the following documents filled out:
   • Application Form
   • Learning agreement (for study) – for further information about your study programme, please contact the responsible faculty coordinator at our university and check out the ECTS guide with courses for international students
   • Learning agreement (for traineeship) (for clinical practice)
   • Academic Transcript of Record (ToR)
   • Accommodation application form for using the MU-Sofia dormitory – if you wish to use the university’s accommodation options
4. Application deadlines:
   • 15th of June  –  for the winter semester or the whole academic year
   • 1st of December – for the summer semester
5. Once we receive the documents, your application and study program have been reviewed and approved by our university, we will send the admission documents to the international office of your university.
